Military Facility and Depot Construction
The project includes the construction of a maintenance & repair building, vehicle garages, and accounting storage depots within the Military compound in Ayazaga, Sarıyer.
The total built-up area is approximately 3,500 m², executed with a reinforced concrete structural system (C30/37 concrete class) and approximately 420 tons of reinforcing steel.
Infrastructure works included storm-water drainage, wastewater systems, electrical and mechanical underground lines, and comprehensive site development works.
The maintenance facility and garage units were designed to meet operational and logistical requirements, featuring:
- Wide-span structural bays for vehicle access
- Industrial flooring with high load-bearing capacity
- Steel roof structure with sandwich panel cladding
- Integrated mechanical ventilation and fire protection systems
The enclosed construction area of this section is approximately 2,100 m², ensuring durability, functionality, and operational efficiency.
The reinforced concrete storage depots were constructed to support logistical and administrative operations, including thermal insulation, waterproofing, and industrial flooring systems.
The scope also covered site infrastructure works such as concrete paving, asphalt roads, external lighting, and security fencing, enhancing the overall operational capacity of the facility.
